My Best Chocolate Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Cups self-rising flour

2 cups sugar

1/2 baking powder

1 tbs baking soda

1 tbs salt

2 eggs

3/4 cup milk

3/4 cup water

1 tbs vanilla essence

20g coco powder

Recipe

– Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make line cupcake pans with paper liners

– Mix all the ingredients into big bowl. Firstly mix at low speed for 30 seconds and scrape bowl and after that mix at high speed for 4 minutes. Make sure you mix in same direction.

– Fill liners 1/2 to 2/3 full of batter that we made. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or check. If you press and they spring back, it means they are ready.

– Wait for 10 mini to make it cool and then remove from pan, and decorate with your ideas.
