Madhuri Become Anju Modi’s Devi at PCJ Delhi Couture Week

Bollywood Dhak Dhak Girl Madhuri Dixit Nene walked the ramp at PCJ Delhi Couture Week 2012 on Friday.

Desinger Anju Modi transformed Madhuri in ‘Devi’ (Goddess).  Madhuri walked the ramp in a cream-embroidered Lehenga , black sleeveless Blouse and red muslin Dupatta. Designer Anju Modi’s collection was Bengal-inspired at this PCJ Delhi Couture week event on Friday evening.

At the time she walked in, the popular Rabindranath Tagore’s ‘Ekla Cholo Re’ in Amitabh Bachchan’s  voice from the film Kahaani was played in the background.

Ms. Modi is the same designer who designs dresses of Madhuri for well-known TV show “Jalak Dikhla Ja”.

Ms. Modi showcased her entire collection mostly in red, white and black colour. Moreover, she used cotton, muslin, tusser fabrics for lehengas, jackets and drapes.
