For example, their fragrance Eau de Lite, is based on evidence that mint fragrance can suppress the appetite. Test subjects were shown to eat less when they inhaled a combination of green apple, mint and vanilla just before a meal So, you can smell minty fresh and perhaps eat less too. I think I would eat just as much no matter what, but at least I would smell good doing so! The fragrance also includes notes of Spearmint, Fennel, Jasmine, Rose, and Sandalwood.
