Lush None of Your Beeswax Vegan Lip Balm

Lush Cosmetics’ vegan lip balm,  None of your Beeswax Lip Balm is a good vegan balm with lots of staying power. It uses alternate waxes over beeswax and has coconut oil and she butter for nice moisture. However, while Lush None of Your Beeswax Lip Balm is vegan, it is not all natural since it contains parabens—something I find interesting since there are several natural preservatives that are often used instead in lip balms. Anyway, I’m not a paraben hater, but with the large number of natural lip balm lovers out there, and Lush’s general feel good image, I was a bit surprised.

Lush Lip Balm

Lush None of Your Beeswax vegan lip balm comes in a tin and is on the medium to waxy side in texture, which is usually my preference. Because it is on the waxy side, it wears fairly long. However, it is not so waxy that it lacks a nice moisturizing feel. It still has a nice buttery side to it, especially after application.  Lush None of Your Beeswax Lip Balm contains some citrus oils, but I generally found it to be fragrance and flavor free.  Look for in online (see above link) or in Lush stores.
