		<description>Hi Natasha! I tend to find that with smudged pencil it is best to try to apply it thinly and then carefully add a bit of powder or shadow over it to set it. Using eyeshadow can both set the pencil and add a bit of extra color to it. If you get a press brush, which has a thin flat surface, you can easily press the sahdow onto the liner.</description>
