Estee Lauder Lip Conditioner, with Shea Butter, Vitamins C and E, and SPF 15, has a nice ingredient list for a basic conditioning balm.

Vitamin E conditioners such as this one also tend to work well under lipstick or in place or a regular lip balm.

The Estee Lauder version has the bonus of being packaged in an attractive tube. I have always liked the classic Estee Lauder  gold packaging.
